The announcement was made on October 26, 2026, in compliance with the Companies Act, 2017, and the regulations of the Pakistan Stock Exchange.

The AGM was scheduled to take place at 11:00 AM in Karachi. This decision follows an ad-interim order from the Honorable High Court of Sindh at Karachi, issued on October 19, 2026, which temporarily restrains the holding of the AGM until October 27, 2026.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the company is obligated to keep the exchange, its members, shareholders, and the general public informed about further developments as directed by the court.
