Karachi, Mari Petroleum Company Limited informed Pakistan Stock Exchange about the recommendations made by the board of directors in the meeting held at Islamabad on January 26, 2023.
The agenda of the meeting was discussion of profit and loss account for quarter ended December 31, 2022 which portrayed a profit of Rs. 11,147,152 with earnings per share 83.56 basic and diluted respectively.
Further, 890% payment of cash dividend, bonus shares and right shares was agreed.
Furthermore, the share transfer books of the company will remain closed from February 06, 2023 to February 08, 2023 (both days inclusive).
