Ghani Dairies Limited CEO Increases Stake with Series of Transactions

Karachi: In a recent series of transactions, Hafiz Avais Ghani, the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of Ghani Dairies Limited, has increased his stake in the company through multiple purchases of shares. This disclosure comes under the regulation 5.6.1.(d) of the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) regarding the interests of directors, executives, and substantial shareholders.

According to a report dated September 9, 2026, Mr. Ghani executed several transactions over the course of two days, significantly expanding his holdings. On September 7, 2026, Mr. Ghani purchased 10,000 shares at a rate of 17.37, followed by an acquisition of 22,234 shares at 17.38, bringing his cumulative shareholding to approximately 121.90 million shares, maintaining a cumulative percentage of 28.40%.

The following day, on September 8, 2026, Mr. Ghani continued his buying spree with purchases totaling 41,500 shares across five transactions. He acquired 10,000 shares at 17.02, 15,000 shares at 17.22, 7,000 shares at 17.34, 11,000 shares at 17.43, and 3,500 shares at 17.44. These transactions increased his cumulative shareholding to approximately 121.94 million shares, slightly raising his cumulative percentage to 28.41%.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), these transactions illustrate Mr. Ghani's strategic move to consolidate his position within the company, reflecting confidence in the company's future performance. The transactions were executed in the ready market with share certificates in the form of Central Depository Company (CDC).
