Itanz Technologies Limited Announces Bonus Share Allotment to Directors and Executives

Karachi: Itanz Technologies Limited has disclosed significant share transactions involving its directors and executives, as reported under the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) Regulation 5.6.4. The disclosure, dated August 5, 2026, outlines the allocation of bonus shares to key personnel within the company.

Syed Ahmed Bilal, a non-executive director of Itanz Technologies, has received a substantial allotment of bonus shares. According to the report, Bilal was allocated 4,331,573 shares in electronic (CDC) form and an additional 45 shares in physical form on July 23, 2026. This transaction brings his cumulative shareholding to 52.46 million shares, maintaining his 44.00% stake in the company.

Similarly, Syed Asim Zafar, an executive director, was granted 582,236 shares in CDC form, alongside 45 shares in physical form. This increases his total holdings to 7.05 million shares, representing a 6.00% ownership of Itanz Technologies.

Other notable allocations include Muhammad Amin Shakir, executive director, and several non-executive and independent directors, each receiving 45 shares in physical form. These directors include Amer Khan, Amir Raza Khan, Muhammad Yousuf, and Hibatullah Khan, with their individual shareholding adjusted to 545 shares, reflecting no change in percentage ownership.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), this disclosure is part of the company's routine reporting obligations, ensuring transparency in the shareholding structure of Itanz Technologies Limited.

Lastly, Muhammad Maqsood Munshi, a member of senior management, received 225 shares in CDC form, raising his total to 2,725 shares, which does not alter his percentage ownership. These allocations reflect the ongoing strategic management of Itanz Technologies' share distribution among its leadership, as per the company's governance policies.
