Karachi: Janana de Malucho Textile Mills Limited has announced a forthcoming board meeting to review its first quarter financial results. The gathering is scheduled for October 30, 2024, at Rawalpindi. This meeting aims to assess the unaudited condensed interim financial statements for the period ending September 30, 2024.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the meeting's announcement was made through a notice dated October 23, 2024, addressed to the General Manager of the PSX. In conjunction with this announcement, the company has initiated a "Closed Period" from October 23 to October 30, as stipulated by PSX Regulations Clause 5.6.1(d). During this time, directors, the CEO, or any executive are prohibited from directly or indirectly dealing in the company’s shares.

The secretary of the company, Abid Raza, has requested that the TRE Certificate Holders of the exchange be informed accordingly, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining transparency with its investors.
