Karachi: C & K Management Associates (Pvt.) Limited has announced the loss of share certificates held by shareholders of Al-Noor Sugar Mills Ltd. According to a notice disseminated on August 1, 2025, a total of 478 shares were reported as lost, misplaced, or accidentally destroyed during transit.
The shares in question are associated with various folios. Folio No. DAD.0001 accounts for 225 lost shares, with certificate numbers spanning from 052713 to 052717 and distinctive numbers ranging from 02621465 to 02621689. An additional 200 shares, held by Mrs. Najma Khuda, are missing, linked to certificate numbers 012970 to 012973 and distinctive numbers from 00648394 to 00648593.
Moreover, the company reported the loss of 30 shares from Folio DAD, associated with certificate number 054969 and distinctive numbers 02717301 to 02717330. Another 23 shares, linked to certificate number 067947 and distinctive numbers from 03380530 to 03380552, are also missing.
According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the management firm has requested that this information be circulated among members and included in daily notices. A 21-day window has been provided for any claims to be made regarding the lost certificates. Should no claims be received within this period, duplicate share certificates will be issued to the concerned shareholders, with no subsequent claims entertained.
