The announcement, dated June 23, 2026, marks a significant step for LSE SPAC-II Limited as it prepares to offer 18,000,000 ordinary shares in the Pre-IPO phase and an additional 2,000,000 shares through the IPO.
This development follows the prior endorsement by the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), aligning with the guidelines stipulated under Section 96 and 131 of the Securities Act, 2015, and Clause 5.6.1 of the PSX Rule Book.
