Karachi: MCB Investment Management Limited has announced a one-day book closure for certain collective investment schemes under its management. The register of unit holders for these schemes will be closed on June 27, 2025. The announcement pertains specifically to the Pakistan Income Enhancement Fund, Pakistan Income Fund, and Alhamra Government Securities Plan I.
According to the notice issued by the company, applications for the sale, redemption, conversion, and transfer of units will be accepted at the authorized branches of the distribution companies until June 26, 2025. Unit holders whose names appear in the register at the close of business on this date will be eligible for any dividends that may be declared by the Board of Directors of MCB Investment Management Limited, the management company overseeing these funds.
The company has advised unit holders to notify any changes in address or other particulars to the Investor Services Department of MCB Investment Management Limited. The transactions involving the units of these funds are scheduled to resume on June 30, 2025.
