Karachi: Siddiqsons Tin Plate Limited has announced the 97th meeting of its Board of Directors, scheduled for June 26, 2025, in Karachi. The agenda includes setting the date, time, and location for the 29th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company, with the Pakistan Stock Exchange notifying the AGM date as July 17, 2025. Ratifications of Board resolutions passed since the last meeting on April 30, 2024, are also on the docket.
According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the company will address the materiality level for transactions in the financial year, as recommended by the audit committee. Furthermore, the Board will be notified of any purchase or sale transactions involving Siddiqsons Tin Plate shares by sponsor directors and their associates.
The Board will seek approval for transitioning the transmission of annual reports to shareholders via QR-enabled codes and web links, in compliance with SRO 389(1)/2023 from the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan, dated March 21, 2023.
