Karachi: Tandlianwala Sugar Mills Ltd has disclosed a series of share transactions executed by a key director, Mr. Haroon Khan, as per the Pakistan Stock Exchange regulations. These transactions, which took place on June 3, 2025, involved the purchase of shares, leading to an increase in his cumulative shareholding of the company.

Mr. Haroon Khan, who serves as a director at Tandlianwala Sugar Mills, conducted multiple purchases of shares through the Central Depository Company (CDC). The details reveal that Mr. Khan acquired a total of 747 shares in various tranches. The share purchases were executed at varying rates, ranging from 137.00 to 158.99 per share.

The transactions are specified as follows: Mr. Khan purchased 17 shares at a rate of 155.00, followed by an acquisition of 100 shares at 137.00. Subsequently, he bought 50 shares at 158.99, 29 shares at 139.50, and one share at 138.39. The series of transactions concluded with the purchase of 395 shares at 148.00 and 105 shares at 157.70, with an additional acquisition of 50 shares at 147.00.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), these transactions have brought Mr. Khan's total shareholding in the company to 25,005,806 shares, representing 21.24 percent of the company's total shares. The transactions were in compliance with the disclosure requirements set forth by the PSX, aimed at ensuring transparency in dealings by directors and substantial shareholders of listed companies.

The management of Tandlianwala Sugar Mills has communicated these transactions to the TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange, in line with regulatory obligations. The designated market category for these transactions is the Central Depository Company (CDC), which facilitated the share purchase process.
