Karachi, Pak Leather Crafts Limited informed Pakistan Stock Exchange that Quarterly Report of the Company for the period ended December 31, 2022 have been transmitted through PUCARS and is also available on Company’s website.
“The Company was established in 1971. Currently their monthly production is 1.2 – 1.3 million sq. of finished leather and of about 40,000 leather garments. Pak Leather Crafts Ltd, is a public limited company incorporated in Pakistan. The principal activity of the company is leather tanning, Manufacturing of Leather Garments and Export of Leather and Leather Garments.
The finished leather is produced in several different articles and colors in Lamb, Goat, Cow and Buffalo skins at our most modern tannery. Our leather is suitable for garments, shoes gloves and bags. All products are free from PCP, AZO, Nickel, Dye Dispersion, Chrome VI and other health hazardous materials.
The total numbers of shares are 3,400,000. The Earnings per share is 14.35 in 2020 which was 1.22 in 2019. The Profit after Taxation is 48,788,000 in 2020 which was 4,146,000 in 2019.”
