Karachi, JDW Sugar Mills Limited informed Pakistan Stock Exchange that Board of Directors meeting of the Company will be held on January 05, 2022 at Lahore. The agenda of the meeting will to consider the Annual Accounts for the period ended September 30, 2021.
Further, the company has declared the closed period from December 29, 2021 to January 05, 2022.
JDW Sugar Mills Limited was incorporated in Pakistan on 31 May 1990 as a private limited company under the Companies Ordinance, 1984 and was subsequently converted into a public limited company on 24 August 1991. The principal activity of the Company is production and sale of crystalline sugar, electricity and managing corporate farms.
