Karachi: LSE Capital Limited has reported substantial transactions executed by a major shareholder, as outlined in a disclosure dated April 1, 2026. The transactions, involving Zahid Latif Khan Securities (Pvt.) Ltd., included both a sale and a purchase of shares on different dates in March 2026.

According to the disclosure, Zahid Latif Khan Securities sold 5,000,000 shares at a rate of 6 per share on March 11, 2026. This sale resulted in a cumulative total of 43.06 million shares, representing 11.13% of the company’s shares. Subsequently, on March 16, 2026, the same entity purchased an additional 5,000,000 shares at the same rate, raising its cumulative total to 48.06 million shares and increasing its ownership to 12.42%.

These transactions were executed in the Central Depository Company (CDC) under the Negotiated Deal Market (NDM) category. The activities of Zahid Latif Khan Securities in these share dealings mark a big move in terms of percentage change in shareholding.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), these transactions will be reviewed in the upcoming board meeting. The transactions will be highlighted, and any non-compliance with PSX regulations will be addressed as per clause No.5.6.4 of PSX Regulations.
