Karachi, Sindh Modaraba Management Limited informed Pakistan Stock Exchange that the Annual Review Meeting of certificate holders of the Company is scheduled to be held on October 26, 2022 at Karachi.
Further, the Certificate Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from October 19, 2022 to October 26, 2022 (both days inclusive).
