Karachi: The Board of Directors of MCB Investment Management Limited has released the financial results for the Alhamra Daily Dividend Fund for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025. The announcement was made following a board meeting at the company's head office in Karachi on August 4, 2025.
The fund's total assets as of June 30, 2025, amounted to 3.35 million, a Very large or significant move compared to the previous year's total of 15.01 million. The decrease in assets was reflected across key components, with balances held with banks reducing to 2.04 million from 11.99 million and investments declining to 1.17 million from 2.60 million.
Liabilities also experienced a Very large or significant move, decreasing to 8,043 from 63,324. The payable to MCB Investment Management Limited, the management company, was recorded at 3,906, while dividend payable stood at 4,137.
The net assets of the fund were reported at 3.34 million, showing a Very large or significant move from the previous year's 14.94 million. The number of units in issue similarly reflected this trend, registering a count of 33,374,959 compared to 149,425,305 in the prior year.
According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the net asset value per unit remained constant at 100.00.
The management has opted not to disclose the earnings per unit, citing the impracticality of calculating the weighted average number of units. The requisite number of printed accounts will be distributed to members of the exchange, as per standard procedure.
