Karachi, Tri-Pack Films Limited, a leading film production company, announced the successful passage of several key resolutions at its Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on April 23, 2024, in Karachi and via Zoom.

The shareholders approved the Minutes of the previous AGM, held on April 10, 2023. Additionally, they ratified the Audited Financial Statements for the year ended December 31, 2023, including the Chairman's Review, Directors', and Auditors' Reports.

A significant resolution passed was the approval of a final cash dividend of 60% (Rupees 6.00 per share) on ordinary shares for the fiscal year 2023, as recommended by the Board of Directors.

Furthermore, the appointment of M/s A.F. Ferguson & Co., Chartered Accountants, as the company's auditors for the financial year 2024 was confirmed, with their remuneration to be negotiated by management.
