OLP Modaraba Announces PKR 160.71 Million Profit and 25% Cash Dividend

Karachi: OLP Modaraba, at its recent meeting on September 15, 2026, reported a net profit of PKR 160.705 million for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026. The announcement was made by the Board of Directors of the OLP Services Pakistan (Private) Limited, as noted in a report dated October 7, 2026.

In a move reflecting their financial performance, the Board approved a cash dividend of 25%, equating to PKR 2.50 per certificate of PKR 10 each, for the same period. This dividend distribution will be a focal point of the upcoming Twenty Seventh Annual Review Meeting (ARM) of certificate-holders, slated for October 28, 2026. The meeting will convene at 11:00 a.m. at Iqbal Auditorium of the National Institute of Banking and Finance, Karachi, and will be accessible both in person and via video link.

In preparation for the ARM and to determine dividend entitlements, the certificate transfer books will be temporarily closed from October 21 to October 28, 2026. Transfers submitted by the close of business on October 20, 2026, will be considered timely for dividend qualification and meeting participation.
