Lahore: Service Industries Textiles Limited has announced that its 65th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will convene on Wednesday, October 28, 2026, at 9:30 a.m. The meeting is scheduled to take place at the company's registered office located at 38-Empress Road, Lahore.

The agenda for the AGM includes several key items. Shareholders will first be asked to confirm the minutes from the previous AGM, which was held on October 28, 2025. Following this, attendees will receive, consider, and adopt the Annual Audited Financial Statements for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2026, along with the accompanying Directors' and Auditors' reports, and the Chairman's Review Report.

The meeting will also address the appointment of statutory auditors for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2027. The current auditors, M/s Crowe Hussain Chaudhury & Co., Chartered Accountants, who are retiring, have expressed their willingness to be re-appointed for the upcoming term.
