Karachi: Next Capital Limited has announced that its Seventeenth Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on Wednesday, October 28, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. The meeting will be held at the company's registered office, located on the second floor of the Imperial Court Building, Dr. Ziauddin Ahmed Road, Karachi, and will also be accessible via video link.

In the forthcoming AGM, several key items are slated for discussion. Among the ordinary business to be transacted, shareholders will be asked to confirm the minutes of the previous AGM, which was conducted on October 28, 2025. Furthermore, the meeting will focus on receiving, considering, and adopting the audited unconsolidated and consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026. These financial documents are accompanied by the Directors' Report, Auditor's Reports, and Chairperson's Review Report.

Grant Thornton Anjum Rahman, Chartered Accountants, are eligible for re-appointment and have expressed their willingness to continue their services. Their re-appointment comes with the recommendation of both the Audit Committee and the Board of Directors of Next Capital Limited.
