According to the disclosure, KM Enterprise Private Limited executed two significant transactions. On September 29, 2026, the entity purchased 12.00 million shares of Crescent Star Insurance at a rate of 5.36 per share on the ready market. This acquisition increased their cumulative shareholding to 16,000,466 shares, representing a cumulative percentage of 10.77%.

The following day, September 30, 2026, KM Enterprise sold 3.00 million shares at a rate of 5.41 per share in a Negotiated Deal Market (NDM) transaction. This sale adjusted their total shareholding to 13,000,466 shares, which now accounts for 8.75% of the company's total shares.
