Karachi: Clover Pakistan Limited has released its annual report for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2026, showing a substantial increase in net revenue and net profit, driven by strategic expansion and operational realignment in the petroleum sector. The report, dated October 7, 2026, was presented by the company's directors and includes audited financial statements.
The company reported a net revenue of PKR 7.762 billion, marking a very large increase of 111% compared to PKR 3.678 billion in the fiscal year 2025. This growth was largely attributed to increased sales of petroleum products, the operation of company-owned filling and service stations, and an expansion in transportation services.
According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), Clover Pakistan Limited made significant strategic moves, including the subdivision of each ordinary share from Rs. 10 to ten shares of Re. 1 each, effective April 20, 2026. The paid-up capital now stands at PKR 389.28 million, comprising 389.28 million ordinary shares. Additionally, the Board of Directors approved a 15% bonus share issuance, which will elevate the paid-up capital to PKR 447.68 million.
The company's gross profit rose by 22% to PKR 507.887 million, although the gross margin decreased to 6.5% from 11.3% the previous year, due to a larger share of fuel trading in the sales mix. Clover Pakistan Limited achieved a net profit of PKR 315.753 million, reflecting a big move with a 25% increase over the previous year’s PKR 253.398 million. This profit fully eliminated the company's accumulated losses, resulting in an accumulated profit of PKR 5.612 million and an increase in shareholders' equity to PKR 847.664 million from PKR 531.911 million in FY 2025.
Earnings per share improved to PKR 0.81 from a restated PKR 0.65, underscoring the company's strategic focus on enhancing shareholder value.
