Karachi: Quice Food Industries Limited has announced the convening of its 36th Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on Wednesday, October 28, 2026. The meeting is scheduled for 11:00 a.m. and will take place at WS-7, Madina Palace, Faran Co-operative Society, Dhoraji Colony, Karachi, with an option for shareholders to participate via a video link.

The agenda for the AGM includes several key items of ordinary business. Shareholders will be asked to confirm the minutes from the previous Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on June 23, 2026. Additionally, the meeting will cover the receipt, consideration, and adoption of the Annual Audited Financial Statements for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2026. These documents include the Chairman's review report, the Directors' report, and the Auditor's report.

A critical item on the agenda is the appointment of auditors for the financial year ending June 30, 2027. The Board of Directors has recommended the re-appointment of the current auditors, M/s Aslam Malik & Co. Chartered Accountants, who have expressed their willingness to continue in their role.
