Lahore: Shahtaj Textile Limited has announced that its 37th Annual General Meeting will be convened on Wednesday, October 28, 2026, at 11:30 AM. The event is set to take place at the PC Hotel, located on Shahrah-e-Quaid-e-Azam, Lahore.

Shareholders will gather to address a series of agenda items including the confirmation of the minutes from the previous annual meeting held on October 27, 2025. A critical component of the meeting will be the consideration and adoption of the audited financial statements for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026. These will be accompanied by reports from both the auditors and the company's directors.

A cash dividend of 115%, translating to Rs.11.50 per share, has been proposed by the directors for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026. Shareholders will have the opportunity to vote on this recommendation.

The meeting will also see the appointment of auditors for the 2026-2027 period. M/s. Yousuf Adil, Chartered Accountants, the current auditors, have expressed their willingness to continue in the role, pending reappointment.
